SouthEnd’s Popularity ison the Rise!

Development across Charlotte is back! Plans for new buildings (both business and living developments) have been in the works over the course of this past year and are set to break ground in the New Year, 2014.

According to The Business Journal, high-end rentals are what’s in demand across the Charlotte region, but particularly in Charlotte’s SouthEnd (http://www.historicsouthend.com/)! The first units of a condominiumcomplex at 1100 South Boulevard are expected to deliver in November 2014- in a year when Charlotte is expected to add roughly 6,000 units. The CBJ states that “apartment developers looking to sell will increasingly have to prove a property’s performance before they can execute a sale.” It will certainly be interesting to see what the New Year holds for Charlotte’s Real Estate Market and the possibility of growth and expansion for our area.
