The Chiquita Classic tournament, a stop on the the PGA’s second-tier Nationwide Tour, will be re-locating from Cincinnati to Charlotte this Fall! The tournament will open on September 24th and run through Sunday, September 30th!
The Chiquita Classic will be held at the Club at Longview in Weddington!
In a press release from Chiquita on January 11, 2012, the Nationwide Tour president, Bill Calfee spoke very highly of the Queen City:
