Housing Sales Rose in August!
Check this out…Housing Stats have been rising on an anual basis since September 2011 and are 57% above their lowest turning point of the business cycle since April 2009 according to the Census Records. Builder confidence ticked up for the 5th month in a row in September 2012, reaching its highest level since 2006, the National Association of Home Builder’s reported this week. Across the board in South Park neighborhoods, the average sales price has increased. Could it be??
