According to the Associated Press, the housing market is strengthening based on new construction of single-family homes and apartments in September. The Commerce Departmentquotes builders’ permits jumped nearly 12%, highest since July 2008. Applications for building permits jumped nearly 12% showing proof that Builders confidence is coming back!
