SouthPark Living Update
The Charlotte Observer reported this week that plans for a 367-unit apartment complex in SouthPark is underway. Construction is scheduled to start in September. Bond Companies purchased an 8-acre parcel located at the corner of Sharon Township Lane & Sharon Road for $15 million. This project is one of many apartment developments currently going on in the SouthPark area.
