Mark your calendars: SouthPark will be hosting a 5k to support our troops and to remember those who can’t be with us this year!
- SouthPark will be hosting the 2013 Patriot Festival, sponsored by Patriot Charities, on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27th atSymphony Park.
The fest will kick off with a5K+ Run/Walk and Go The Extra Mile for our military heroes. Participants may register for either the traditional 5K+ run/walk or choose to honor their military heroes with Go the Extra Mile with an additional mile added to the 5K. Once the race is over, head to Symphony Park for the awards ceremony and the Patriot Festival from 9 to 11 a.m. The event will featuring a parachute jump, JROTC performances and lots of fun activities for kids. The event is free and open to the public!
