Charlotte’s Fourth of July Celebrations!

Celebrate The 4th In Queen City Style!

Colorful FireworksBaseball, music, brews, fireworks, cookouts, and pool parties…. There’s a little bit of everything going on for this year’s Fourth of July Holiday. Here’s a short list of just a few of my favorite events…

From live music at the Music Factory, Charlotte Knight’s baseball games, and Charlotte’s own July 4th Spectacular, Charlotte’s got it all this July 4th.

Where will Skyshow be held? Skyshow 2014 will be held in the new BB&T Ballpark at 324 S. Mint St.

When does Skyshow begin? 3pm Skyshow Street Party begins on Mint Street. Activities will include a ferris wheel, face painting, balloon animals, games and prizes, and an aerial dancing demonstration.

Where do I park? Please visitwww.skyshowcharlotte.comfor parking information

Will there still be fireworks and a festival at Memorial Stadium?
No, this year the only fireworks and festival are only being held at BB&T Ballpark.

Will I still be able to see the fireworks from my usual spot?
This years Uptown fireworks show will not be as large as in previous years nor will it be in the same location. You are unlikely to be able to see the fireworks from your usual viewing spot.

WBT Tells us that if you are interested in seeing the show, and you are not attending the Charlotte Knights game, please plan to watch in Romare Bearden Park or in any area immediately adjacent to BB&T Ballpark.
